With my son Lael, we went for a week in Istanbul, Turkey.
We didn't plan anything in particular as we originally wanted to cross the country
in the direction of the East.
But his school in France decided the things differently.
It means we have had to come back to France earlier as we expected.
We weren't organized, no plans in particular.
Just discovering.
We went to the black sea, but witihin an hour, police came to ask our passports.
We felt that this was a very sensitive area.
We took the ferry to Armutlu.
So those are a few images shot from a father and son's trip.
Not a documented trip, nothing special.
We enjoyed very much the people we met! They were so great! Uncredible!
We left Istanbul one day after the arrests of lgbtq+ members in a few cities of the country.
We couldnt believe the news....
